Cindy Crawford was born on February 20, 1966 to John Crawford and Jennifer Moluf, in a simple country family.
For lack of means, her younger brother Jeff dies at just 4 years of leukemia, an event that would have marked the young woman forever.
So very young, Cindy begins to get noticed in the fashion world when she is discovered by a passing talent scout, in the true sense of the word, while she collects corn cobs in the field with her mother.
After graduating from high school, thanks to the two summers spent working as a model, she manages to enroll in the faculty of chemical engineering at Northwestern University.
