Michael Myers started his own reign of terror some 56 years ago . One Halloween night in 1963, when he was six years old and after dressing up in a clown outfit, he decided to go up to his younger sister’s room.
After putting on a clown mask that her sister’s boyfriend was wearing , he decided to approach her while holding a huge sharp kitchen knife in his hands. Finally, he stabbed her to death. He then thought about walking away from the room, in order to leave the house, but his parents surprised him a few minutes later.
A few years later, specifically during the night of October 30, 1978, Michael Myers’ psychiatrist, Dr. Sam Loomis, goes to Smith’s Grove-Warren County Sanitarium, accompanied by nurse Marion Chambers. However, upon arrival, he realizes that there has been a massive escape of inmates, including Michael Myers, who is now 21 years old…

The reboot of the saga
You will surely remember that, 40 years later, Michael Myers returned to return to the big screen with a surprising direct sequel to ‘Halloween Night’, in which its director, David Gordon Green, ignored all the other installments of the saga. In this film we were surprised by the participation of Jamie Lee Curtis, who reprized her role as Laurie Strode after the horrific ‘Halloween: Resurrection’, which was released in 2002 and which few really liked.
In last year’s version (2018), the director of him set up an alternate timeline, in which Myers had been captured by the police shortly after his original killing spree. And after spending a total of 40 years in Smith’s Groove Sanitarium (so he wouldn’t have actually managed to escape after the inmates escaped), he finally escapes in order to confront Laurie Strode.
Now we have learned that, after the end of this film, two more sequels will arrive: ‘ Halloween Kills ‘ and ‘ Halloween Ends ‘‘.

Release date
The film director of the first version of ‘Halloween’ (1978), John Carpenter , confirmed that ‘Halloween Kills’ will be released in theaters on October 16, 2020 . This part will be followed by ‘Halloween Ends’, which according to all forecasts, will officially come to light on October 15, 2021.
Regarding the official plot of this new version, at the moment not much is known about what the plot would be of the sequel. However, it is true that having two sequels already confirmed, it is foreseeable that both are closely linked .

Jamie Lee Curtis returns to lead the cast
At the moment it seems thatMichael Myers will be in charge of terrorizing a new group of victims, while Laurie Strode (who will once again be played by Jamie Lee Curtis) will continue trying to stop him.
Nothing else is known about the cast that will accompany Curtis, although it is foreseeable that Andi Matichak and Judy Greer will participate again , giving life to the granddaughter Allyson and Laurie’s daughter, Karen, especially after the three women were able to defeat the assassin at the end of the last installment. In addition, it also seems that James Jude Courtney and Nick Castle would once again put themselves in the shoes of the fearsome Myers.
Just as it is not known for sure when the filming will begin. Although on a previous occasion it had already been reported that the filming of ‘Halloween Kills’ could officially start in September.

? When does filming start?
In any case, we will have to wait until early 2020 to see an official trailer for the movie . But if you are a true fan of the terrifying ‘Halloween’ saga (of which in fact there are already a total of 11 films, not counting this last one that has not yet been released), it is quite likely that you already have enough desire to being able to go to the cinema to watch it.
Meanwhile, we can only wait for Michael Myers to return to his old ways, and again and after waiting just one year (after almost 10 without knowing practically anything about him), start doing his thing…
