Pippa Middleton ‘s wedding is approaching and rumors continue to leak. Quite different from the wedding of her sister Kate, Pippa is preparing to celebrate a decidedly more traditional wedding than that of the Duchess celebrated in Westminster Abbey and broadcast live nationally.

The younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, after less than a year of dating, will marry the 41-year-old bank magnate James Matthews . The day is set for Saturday 20 May in a small village church where the parents own a huge estate.

Even the guests are reduced to a few close friends and there are rumors of some really famous excluded. Among the protagonists of the big day, however, there will be Pippa’s little grandchildren, Prince George and little Princess Charlotte . Dress, menu, and little else has not yet leaked, but otherwise the well-informed say it will all be very intimate and private.

11) The groom

James Matthews is the CEO of Eden Rock Capital Management Group . In 1995, the parents of the future husband, David Matthews , a former mechanic, and mother Jane bought the Eden Rock hotel in St Barths, hence the name of his company. Today the luxury resort is one of the 100 best hotels in the world and regularly hosts the rich and famous, including Pippa and her family. In addition to Spencer , James had another brother , Michael who tragically passed awayclimbing Everest. The boy after reaching the record as the youngest Briton to have managed to reach the summit, at just 22 years old, Michael never finished his descent. In honor of him, the family created the Michael Matthews Foundation , which provides education for children by building school buildings in remote locations.

10) The wedding venue

It was initially thought that Pippa would choose James’ hunting lodge in Scotland or a lavish location in London to get married. None of that. In fact, the future bride, she has opted for the small church of  St Mark in the characteristic Englefield , a village not far from the home of the Middletons, in the southern county of Berkshire. A country church that was last restored in 1857 by Sir George Gilbert Scott and the tower that stands was added only 11 years later in the 13th century style. In addition to the form of the ceremony, also the number of guestsand a far cry from that of his sister Kate, 1,900 people. For the wedding of the thirty-three-year-old Pippa, the estimated guests are about 150 but it is rumored that they have reached 350 people.

9) The guests

The little ones of the Royal Family cannot miss the ceremony , Pippa Prince George ‘s nephew and niece Charlotte will be present. Among the guests also Pippa’s brother James Middleton who will be present with his girlfriend Donna Air .

8) Who will not be there

More than one person will probably not be invited to the wedding: the first and Vogue Williams . The model, star of the reality show Made in Chelsea who is dating her future brother-in-law Spencer Matthews . Insiders believe it may be a strategy to keep the spotlight out of the wedding, though Pippa said it wouldn’t be appropriate for her to attend since they’ve only been dating for a few months. Besides, Pippa doesn’t want Meghan Markle , Prince Harry ‘s girlfriend , either . According to rumors, Pippa doesn’t want to be stolen.

7) The best man

The groom insisted on having his younger brother , 28-year-old Spencer , as his best man . The only problem is that he is already famous in the motherland for his controversial participation in reality shows and for his poses as a semi- naked model . For this reason, Queen Elizabeth would not welcome the presence of similar characters associated in some way with the Royal Family. Precisely for this reason it seems that Kate has started dating her sister Pippa less than her.

6) The bridesmaid

Obviously one would think that Kate could be the perfect bridesmaid for her sister Pippa. Perhaps too much effort for the Duchess of Cambridge who is again expecting her third child. In fact, Kate will only be reserved for a reading during the wedding celebration. The knowledgeable say she even offered to keep the children busy during the reception. In this way the Duchess does not steal the attention of the participants for the bride.

5) The wedding dress

Sister Kate stunned the nation in a wedding dress from designer Sarah Burton , creative director of Alexander McQueen . Will Pippa be able to do better? In the meantime she has been spotted with her mother Carole at the best boutiques in the London district of Knightsbridge. There is talk of big names like Suzanne Neville , Giles Deacon , Stephen Jones . To date, however, there is still an assumption that she will be revealed only that day.

4) The reception

Sister Kate hosts her guests for the reception at Buckingham Palace, while Pippa does so in her parents ‘ back garden . Carole and Michael Middleton ‘s estate is a £ 6 million manor house in Bucklebury, Berkshire. Inside the garden there is a large tent that will host all the guests to celebrate together with the spouses in a reserved and traditional way.

3) The bachelorette party

Super sportswoman Pippa opted for a mini ski holiday to celebrate her bachelorette party. The young woman was joined by her friends and her sister Kate in an exclusive cabin in Meribel, France. Beautiful weather and refreshments served directly in the chalet to spend the last few days as a single.

2) The ring

The marriage proposal has left Pippa truly amazed that she did not expect to become the future Mrs. Matthews so soon. To ask for the hand of the young woman, James chose a 3.5 carat diamond in color D , made by Pelham jewelry , the same as the earrings worn by Kate on her wedding day. The ring is estimated to cost 275,000 pounds .

1) The images of the big day

According to some rumors, the future spouses would have refused a great offer from a magazine interested in the images of Pippa and James’s most important day. But the possibility of the images being released to donate the proceeds to a charity is not entirely excluded .
