There is less left for the 2019 Electronic Entertainment Expo , better known as E3 , the most important video game convention in the world. The big companies in the industry present their novelties at the Los Angeles Convention Center, to the delight of gamers and specialized media.
The great winner of 2018 was Cyberpunk 2077, the CD Projekt project that breaks the limits of the video game industry and sets the bar too high for the rest of the developers. This year we do not expect a bombshell of such magnitude, but some companies have already leaked some details of their conference, and from what we know so far, we could be very wrong.
When is E3 2019 held?
The 2019 Electronic Entertainment Expo will take place from Tuesday, June 11 to Thursday, June 13 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the same venue each year. However, some conferences will take place in the days before and can be seen in streaming all over the world.

Bethesda
The Bethesda conference is one of the most anticipated, although this year it seems that there will be no relevant news. His two biggest games, Starfield and The Elder Scrolls VI , are still very early in development, so Todd Howard has asked attendees for patience.
What Bethesda has promised is information on Doom Eternal , the new installment of the legendary action shooter saga. It will not be the first time that we see the game in motion, and it is that the sequel to Doom (2016) already showed gameplay at QuakeCon 2018.

Ubisoft

This year is expected to offer more details about Beyond Good and Evil 2 or Skull and Bones , games that we could already see at the 2018 event. Some rumors suggest that Ubisoft has a new triple A up its sleeve, so we could be more close to Watch Dogs 3 or the return of Splinter Cell .

Nintendo
At the moment, Nintendo’s only move regarding E3 2019 is the opening of its official website. The first rumors speak of Luigi’s Mansion 3 , Animal Crossing or a cheaper version of Nintendo Switch. Sony, the great absent
For the first time in 24 years, the Japanese company will not be present at E3. As reported in a statement, Sony is “exploring new and familiar ways to engage the community . ” Michael Pachter, an analyst at Wedbush Securities, had a very different opinion: “(his absence) is due to the pace of the arrival of new games. They won’t have much to announce in June.”
In any case, it is a real disappointment, since the gaming community and especially PS4 users expected important news about some exclusive games. This is the case of Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of Us Part II or Death Stranding. Will have to wait.
Electronic Arts
For its part, Electronic Arts will celebrate a parallel event: theEAPlay 2019 . “We are going to talk less and play more. The event will be entirely focused on the EA PLAY engine: our player communities and the titles they love.
- EA Play 2019 will kick off on the night of June 7.
