Summer is upon us and we are all waiting to understand with certainty what the summer catchphrase will be. In this edited post we will see together which can be the most sung summer songs and ballads of a summer season now ready to welcome us.
Some of the most heartfelt songs in this one seem not to want to leave the podium to any new entry, while others like meteors make their appearance on the top of the charts and then be quickly forgotten. Let’s find out together the possible summer hits:
Boomdabash – For A Million
This song was presented by the band at the Ariston of Sanremo for the famous 2019 festival. It hasn’t given us respite since February for all these months. The Boomdabash song will probably also accompany our summer days as it is a very rhythmic song with reggae notes.
Justin Bieber ft Ed Sheeran – I don’t care
This song, recently released, has rapidly climbed the global top 100 positioning itself in first position. As they say “waiting increases desire” and Justin Bieber after his latest album, launched in 2016, had left his fans dry for quite some time. Furthermore, the collaboration with the British artist was certainly a winning move.
Charlie Charles – Calypso (with Dardust) ft. Sfera Ebbasta, Mahmood, Fabri Fibra
Produced by Charlie Charles, Calypso was released on April 26. The producer is no stranger to this kind of collaborations having already in the past launched songs interpreted by the most popular Italian artists of the moment such as Ghali, Izi, Sfera Ebbasta and Tedua.
This song is Mahmood’s second workhorse, who won Sanremo 2019 with Soldi .
The Egyptian-born artist seems to be highly appreciated by the Italian public, despite the numerous post-festival criticisms.
Billie Eilish – Bad guy
American artist Billie Eilish is a breath of fresh air on the world music scene.
After the release of his first album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? released on March 29, 2019, he never left the top of the charts thanks to his beloved single Bad Guy.
Lil Nas X – Old Town Road (feat. Billy Ray Cyrus)
Old Town Road is a single by US rapper Lil Nas X, released on December 3, 2018. The remix with country singer Billy Ray Cyrus was released on April 5, 2019. It climbed to the heights until it reached the Billboard Hot 100 chart. first position a week after the release of the remix. The 50% country 50% rap song is a real hit in recent months.
Takagi & Ketra, Tommaso Paradiso, Jovanotti, Calcutta – The Moon and the Cat
Takagi & Kentra try again this year for the first place in the standings with the single “La Luna e la Gatta”. After the success of last summer’s undisputed smash “Amore e Capoeira” ft Giusy Ferreri. This year they engage Calcutta, Tommaso Paradiso and Jovanotti, but the result obtained in 2018 to date seems only a distant mirage, having arrived only in tenth position in the standings with this song.
Takagi & Ketra had already collaborated with Calcutta for Horoscope , with Tommaso Paradiso for Alone / In the Night.
IZI ft Sfera Ebbasta – 48H
Izi , pseudonym of Diego Germini, is an Italian rapper who has recently emerged in the Italian music scene. After various collaborations with already established artists such as Tedua, Ghali, Sfera Ebbasta and Rkomi on 10 May 2019 he publishes his album Aletheia. Currently first in the Billboard Top 100 Italy with the song 48H ft Sfera Ebbasta.
J-AX – Ostia Lido
New entry in our ranking we have J-AX with Ostia Lido, which in our opinion will be the real catchphrase and among the summer 2019 songs the one that will be the most ballad. In fact, after the success with Fedex this year alone, the Italian rapper intends to clear the current life, and the society made up of selfies, fashion bloggers and fake educated.
