‘Star Wars Episode XI: The Rise of Skywalker’ is in the shooting phase, so it hasn’t taken long to spread and filter the first photos of both its original cast and other faces that have surprised.

The leak would come from Vanity Fair magazine , which made a photographic report with the main characters Rey (Daisy Ridley), Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and Finn (John Boyega) where the new characters of the 9th installment were also revealed.

Star Wars Episode IX: The final adventure with new faces
As expected in any specific trilogy or saga, each of the sequels will always house new charactersthat will continue to contribute to the story’s plot until its conclusion.
The original trilogy of ‘Star Wars’ (1977-1983) was no exception, always keeping its leading trio Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher).
The trend was maintained with the following saga ‘Star Wars’ (1999-2005) being Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor), Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) and Padme Amidala (Natalie Portman) the new main protagonist trio, a saga that would explain The origins of Darth Vader.

Among some of the characters that we have been able to verify throughout this new sequel trilogyof the original ‘Star Wars’ (1977-1983), we have seen the faces of actors with a long career such as Max von Sydow (‘The Exorcist’), a fetish actor of the Swedish director Ingmar Bergman, others more associated with the cinema of the 80s such as Laura Dern (‘Big Little Lies’), David Lynch’s muse, or the Oscar-winning Puerto Rican actor, Benicio del Toro (‘Traffic’).

New cast members
This third installment includes well-known actors in the industry such as Keri Russell (‘The Americans’), veteran Richard E. Grant (‘Can you forgive me some day
?’).

To please or not to please the fans
After the setback for the fans of the trilogy with ‘Star Wars, Episode VIII: The Last Jedi’, by Rian Johnson (‘Looper’, ‘The Bloom Brothers’, ‘Brick’) in 2017 , apparently JJ Abrahams, main perpetrator of the new saga with the approval of Lucas Film (or Disney, it doesn’t matter)He will be in charge of closing the new trilogy .
Although the director has confessed that he is not going to break down what Johnson has done, no matter how much he hurt the fans of the original saga. Apparently the entire framework that supported the principles of the fiction of his original saga, were shredded at a stroke in Episode VIII .
Many will remember (and sorry for the spoiler) the moment of General Organa/Leia flying through space; fact that was the source of numerous memes and other humorous comments about it, implying that it seemed that everything was worth .
Abrahams will be subjected to the difficult task of closing one of the highest-grossing sagas and that have returned starwarsmania to a whole new generation, but with statements of this type, viewers should be prepared: “Our movie not only follows what we had started [with ‘The Force Awakens’]. We started and then someone else went on with something else [‘The Last Jedi’]. So, finally, it’s nine movie resolution .”

When does Star Wars episode 9 premiere
? Will Abrahams do well to follow the line left by Johnson?
Fans of Rey and Finn will have to wait until December 2019 to find out how this new space trilogy will end.
