Our words determine what we get. And thoughts affect our circumstances, even the words. Our words form our attitudes and determine what we will attract and experience. When we seriously interested in being happy, we are careful to speak.
Because that is what we decided, we talked positively about ourselves and avoid sobajarnos. This is not to imagine that one is perfect, but to integrate one of the elements that make us aware that it is possible to feel good about yourself if you do not stop complaining about our own person.
No one but you yourself are responsible for your words. You also have to take responsibility for your thoughts, you have to consider very seriously what kind of thoughts you hold in your mind. When a person is really sick of being unhappy, change your attitude. Change the way you talk.
It takes discipline and effort, but the issue is simple. Discipline to control what we say and think requires us apart from the crowd. Such is the nature of excellence.
Your mind is always moving toward what you think. If you make a statement as you do not want to do a certain thing or not feeling sick, the results leave much to be desired. Your mind will continue to shift towards what is not exactly like.
Affirmations are more effective when repeated aloud or write them. If only you think, your mind tends to wander to other things. Say them out loud or write it keeps your mind focused on them.
Repetition is important. If you want to restructure the system of beliefs that have kept for twenty years will require perseverance.
The words we use affect how we think and feel. Our thoughts affect what we say and feel. Our feelings influence what we say and think. Here the triangle of victory. When we feel depressed, it is much easier to modify what we say what we think and feel.
